Test Environment
Use a brand new email address not previously used in the system. Open in Incognito / private browser. Have Paystack test card ready: 4084 0840 8408 4081, expiry 01/99, CVV 408.
Start as a completely anonymous user. Test the General Consultation assessment as the primary path.
Create a brand new patient account. Use a real email you can access to verify the welcome email.
Use the 5-step in-dashboard booking wizard. Start from "Book a Consultation" on the dashboard.
Use Paystack test card: 4084 0840 8408 4081 | Expiry: 01/99 | CVV: 408 | OTP: 123456. This will create a REAL appointment in the system.
Log in as the doctor assigned to the booking. Verify they see the pending appointment and can confirm it.
Back in the patient dashboard. Verify the patient can see the confirmed appointment and join the call.
Doctor completes clinical documentation during/after the consultation. Test the core EMR tools.
Verify the full trail exists after the consultation is complete.
Phase 9 — MediKredit Integration Smoke Test
S2PI v3.53 · Certificate auth · Live test member · tx_cd=20
Runs 3 automated checks against MediKredit test environment: (1) HTTPS reachability, (2) WSDL fetch, (3) live eligibility tx_cd=20 with test member. Uses cert endpoint if MEDIKREDIT_CLIENT_CERT_PEM secret is set, otherwise plain IP-whitelist endpoint. All transactions are persisted in MediKreditTransaction for audit.

Tester Notes / Issues Found
⚠️ Known Gaps — Not blocking launch but note during test
- • P0 — Automated Paystack refund: When doctor declines, no refund auto-fires. AppointmentCard shows refund_status UI but nothing calls Paystack refunds API. Verify manually that the field updates at minimum.
- • P0 — EMR BillingSection: "Submit Billing" is a setTimeout mock. Doctor post-consult charges are not written to Invoice. Document this during test.
- • ARCH — ClinicalRecord creation moved: Record is now created ONLY by doctor via CreateVisitModal (payment-gated). Paystack/PayFast flows no longer auto-create it. If testing old test data that has ClinicalRecords from payment time, those pre-date this change.
- • P1 — No prescription-ready email: Patient must check Prescriptions tab manually.
- • P1 — Doctor calendar not synced prompt: Doctor may not be prompted to connect Google Calendar during onboarding.
